    Affable staff, incredibly beautiful hotel, luxury room. Units with great view. Marvellous location - right next to Priory Ruins. Walking distance to a night market and a market across the street. Efficient customer service. The pool area was amazing too. What a really lovely stay, nothing too much trouble.

    I chose this hotel for attending a symposium as it provides one of the best conventions in the Northern Coast Region. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the staff was attentive and friendly. It was a great experience overall.

    The only thing that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printer and scanner facilities.

    I recently stayed at Royal Halong Hotel in Ha Long for a business trip, just as my director had recommended. I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The hotel provided a truly luxurious and relaxing atmosphere, allowing me to unwind after a busy day of work. One of the highlights was the massage and beauty treatment offered in my own cabin in the woods on the edge of the grounds. It was a truly tranquil setting, with a stunning view of the rolling hills. the Sun Wheel was an amazing sight, especially in the evenings when it was covered by tens of thousands of colorful LED lights. It made my stay in Ha Long even more memorable.

    This hotel was an absolutely amazing experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the view from my window was breathtaking. The buffet breakfast had a variety of options and tasted really good. Another great aspect was the attentiveness and helpfulness of the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. the hotel had a beautiful pool area which I thoroughly enjoyed.

    That the hotel was quite far from the main tourist attractions, meaning I had to take a lot of taxis to get around. , the lack of vegetarian options available at the hotel’s restaurants was a disappointment.

    This hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The beds were like sleeping on clouds, giving me the best sleep I've ever had. The buffet breakfast was like a feast fit for royalty, with an endless array of delicious options. The manager went above and beyond, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Even though the location was a bit out of the way, I didn't mind at all because catching cabs was a breeze. I highly recommend this luxurious hotel for its amazing beds, incredible breakfast, and top-notch service.

    This hotel is situated in a great location, right in the middle of the bustling business centre, just a short stroll from several restaurants which serve delicious local food. it is easy to visit the lively night market to experience the authentic culture of the area. the rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are sparkling clean. the staff provide excellent service and are always happy to help. Don't miss out on their scrumptious breakfast, as there are plenty of Western and Asian options. the indoor pool and fitness centre are well equipped, and the views are spectacular.

    Sadly, sometimes rooms are not soundproof, meaning that you might hear the noise from the elevator or the things happening outside.

    the spa & wellness center was an absolute highlight, and the beauty treatments we received left us feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were pristine, and we enjoyed lounging in the garden area. the restaurant was top-notch, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. the private facilities were unparalleled, and the room was elegantly adorned in high-end decor.

    The only minor issue we experienced was with the service. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, there were a few instances where communication was a bit difficult and we had trouble conveying our needs.

    We had an very nice stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities were great. Although the location was a bit far away from any store or restaurant, the transportation was easy, and the hotel provided parking. The breakfast was the best we've ever had, with a fantastic buffet spread. the staff were pretty good too make our honeymoon special, with a beautiful swan made of towels on the bed and their willingness to help, despite the language barrier.

    The pool was a great escape from the heat and was never too crowded. the free drinks at the casino were a nice touch as well. the gym was clean and had all of the equipment we needed.

    It led to a lot of misunderstandings, especially when it came to ordering food and drinks.
